GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 starting from the date of receipt of the products. The user who intends to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase can send an email, indicating the order number and name of the user, to: info@auroralughi.it

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation. The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, complements, etc...); for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact, clean and odorless and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: dust bag, labels, tags, etc...). Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days, including any shipping costs. The site will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case in connection with the return shipment. The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to products for which the customer has requested customisation. As required by the art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, modified by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site can suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods.

The site will carry out the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer during the purchase. In the case of payment made by bank transfer, and if the user intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary to make the refund.

In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where the site ascertains that:

​

- the returned product shows obvious signs of use, dirt or odors;

- the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact; - the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;

- the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the site will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
